All fees are once-off payments — no ongoing subscriptions or hidden charges.

• General rule: We do not offer refunds once your membership is confirmed and services have begun.
• 30-day satisfaction guarantee (for Premium & Standard only): If you are unhappy within the first 30 days of your membership start date, you may request a partial refund of 30% of the fee paid. This applies only to the Premium and Standard Matchmaker memberships.
• No refunds or partial refunds are available for the Introduction Listing Service.
• Refund requests must be sent in writing via email within the 30-day window.
• This guarantee does not apply if you have already received matches or introductions during this period.

We do not guarantee a specific number of matches or introductions — our service is based on searching and connecting you with compatible people, depending on availability and your criteria.

How It Works

2. Complete your profile — Share details about your faith, lifestyle, and what you are looking for in a partner.

3. Get started — Depending on your plan, we will assign your matchmaker, arrange your consultation, or publish your listing.

4. Receive introductions — We will connect you with suitable people, or pass responses directly to you.

5. Take it forward — You decide how to build the connection, with support available as per your membership.

Your safety and peace of mind are important to us. We recommend following these simple guidelines:

• Protect your personal details: Do not share your home address, workplace, financial information, or private photos until you have built trust.

• Meet in public first: For the first few meetings, choose busy, well‑lit public places and tell a friend or family member where you are going.

• Take your time: Get to know someone gradually before making any serious commitments.

• Do your own checks: Even with our matchmaker services, we encourage you to ask questions and verify information as you feel comfortable.

• Report concerns: If you feel uncomfortable or suspect inappropriate behaviour, let us know immediately so we can help.

Note: For the Introduction Listing Service, as respondents are not vetted by us, extra care is advised when communicating and arranging meetings.
